Ishaan rocks! Great neighborhood spot to get PT.
Ishaan is a really great Physical Therapist!! He always pushes me to go further. But then he let's me know that if I need to take a break, it's totally fine. He also let's me know the exact exercises that I need to work on to improve my ailments. He's very understanding and forthright. I highly recommend him to anybody looking for a new Physical Therapist for any body part. He's definitely an asset to Metro Physical Therapy!!
Ishaan was great and helped me get comfortable getting back on the mountain
I went to Metro when I was diagnosed with a hip impingement and was prepping for surgery. 3 months of pre-hab with Michael was awesome- he was attentive while still challenging me to do hard things. After my surgery I started working with Ishaan, who has been patient and encouraging throughout the process, helping set attainable goals and celebrating the small victories. Overall, everyone at Metro is caring and clearly love what they do.
