Brilliant - will now be my go-to plumber. Listened carefully to what we wanted, made some good suggestions which we took up. Communication was great. Always let us know what was happening and when. Turned up when he said he would. Very clear in what he was planning to do. He actually had a plan B and plan C (which we discussed), just in case things didn't work out. Communicated his plans. Turned up on time. Did an excellent job - only wanted tap washers to be replaced, but replaced with high quality brass and reseated the tap. Worked fast, didn't charge the earth and took credit card payments. What's to criticise?
