Ryan took a job, and gave me his word that it would be done in three weeks. He required half the funds up front, a large sum of money. After he received the money, his communication dropped to near zero. He only showed up one day in the first three weeks, and very seldom after. Good work if he finishes, dont pay him till work is done
Paid him half up front and he didn't even get half the work done that I paid him for. Wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.
Quality work, extremely happy with the deck that Ryan constructed.
