Todd is one of the best people I know. He takes a huge amount of pride in his work and is very knowledgeable about his business, building barges and all things marine.
Although they make a superior product, the leadership is lacking in moral integrity when it comes to the juvenile treatment of some employees. The safety practices, I believe, are subpar at best and profit seems to be prioritized over safety. This company, in my opinion, has a lot of potential if the owner could provide a hostility free work environment and follow industry safety standards.
