Excellent workmanship, tidy and very helpful. Got us out of a sticky situation at short notice caused by another plumbing company! I would highly recommend RPR and will certainly be using them again.

Ben has been working for us for about 3 months updating 2 bathrooms replacing flooring with karndean and underfloor heating, servicing the towel rails radiators and showers etc Replacing a ceiling that was completely damaged from the flat roof leak! Ben and co are outstanding, they’re very reliable efficient and communicative, he certainly faced some hurdles in our 17th century house! But nothing was to complicated and his attention to detail is immaculate. I would highly recommend.

Ben & Co installed a kitchen (supplied by KBD of Ross on Wye) last December. We were very pleased with the quality of work and particularly the attention to detail. Yesterday we had our heating engineer (40 years experience) visit for a boiler service, knowing he does not like boilers in cupboards. He was very impressed by the installation and especially by the standard of the plumbing. Reassuring to have a professional praising the work of other professionals, not that we were really surprised.

Highly recommended. Ben, Wes and the lads are well mannered, polite and extremely talented. They have upgraded my central heating system, installed a bathroom and completed an extension, (including polished concrete) at my home. The quality of all of the work has been outstanding. They always leave the place clean and tidy at the end of each day, most important!
