With my weight and fitness level, I always viewed cross fit as elite physical specimens that I could never compete with, let alone work out alongside them. Great Falls CrossFit is an outstanding gym with exceptionally helpful, friendly and knowledgeable coaches. The facility is clean, modern, and well-maintained. One of the biggest strengths of this gym is its willingness to accommodate athletes of all ages and abilities—whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, the coaches meet you where you are. This gym has forever changed my life. It has now been two years since I started going. All the coaches and people that go never stop pushing you to be better and are always welcoming to new people showing up. Hands down the best gym around!!!

This gym is full of the most incredible people, people from all ages and differing degrees of athletic prowess. The programming is fun, the coaches are attentive and will give you that extra little push to help you improve, but also go above and beyond to help you figure out modifications when necessary. It’s the perfect balance of push and protect. They have an amazing kids and teens only program as well, and it’s a very family friendly place. The whole culture and atmosphere just makes you feel welcome.
