I dropped in here twice this past week to complete a couple of CrossFit “Community Cup” workouts. I did them at a “Rookie” level and as always felt great when I finished. Kate is great!! She knows her stuff and her heart is golden! Have loved working out here for the last year. They have one of the largest (and cleanest) facilities I've used. All the coaches are phenomenal. The place honestly feels like a second home at this point!
This gym has a great family atmosphere to achieve your fitness goals!

I have been a member for about a year and a half now, and there is nothing better than getting up early and starting the day with a CrossFit workout! The best part has been the community and coaches. Everyone treats you like family and constantly encourages you to become the best version of yourself! I could not recommend this gym more!
