I am a first time rider and the customer service here was excellent. Owners were very friendly and helpful with my questions. Had an awesome time in the mountains. Will 100% be renting from these guys again.

Windy and Mike run a great customer experience business and they really know how to serve up the fun. Their sleds are in great shape and they’re there to answer all your questions. I can’t wait to get back and ride some more.

The weather was perfect, the conditions were perfect, the snowmobiles ran great and Windy and Mike made the process of renting snowmobiles very easy. I hope we can do it again next year. Thanks, Windy and Mike

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with RPM. The booking process was flawless and it was a pleasure to work with Windy. She was very helpful in arranging everything over the phone from here in Virginia. We found excellent trail conditions and we were NOT disappointed. When we arrived, Mike had two beautiful sleds ready for us; in perfect condition! They ran wonderfully and were very comfortable. We would highly recommend RPM for snowmobile rentals in the Old Forge area. Windy was so kind and answered all of our questions. It was a great experience from start to finish!
