I needed repair on my tractor mower, and chose RPM based on the reviews. Les picked up the unit, and got it back to me within a week. He had a thorough checklist that corrected problems, and provided guidance for certain things to do to keep the unit running properly, also installing a shutoff valve to protect the engine when off. He chose to repair rather than replace to keep the costs down. Glad I chose RPM, and will always use them for any of my small engine issues.
Reached out to get my generator fixed. My generator was picked up and repaired. Service was great and gave me tips on future care. Honest and very reasonable with pricing.
