Had severe lower back pain. My pain has improved dramatically after working with Jonathan, Logan, Nick and Nailah. Great team of physical therapists and trainers that work well together to solve your individual problems. Not like cookie cutter facilities that I have used in the past.
Logan has been a great help dealing with nagging injuries and correcting some bad habits to get me back lifting again.
I've had on going range of motion issues with my shoulder limiting both routine activities and exercise (weight lifting and BJJ). This is following a surgery. I've been dealing with the issue for several years, trying different therapies (PT, deep tissue massage, red light, chiropractic adjustment).
