This is a nice place to hangout and play all types of video games and go-kart. We really went to drive the go-karts but that was a 2.5 hrs wait, for a 7min drive. The bowling was 2hrs wait. All the good games were being used and it was like we couldn't catch a break to do what we went to do. We ending up playing pac man and a few other silly games. I've been here for 2 years in a row. My sons birthday. The staff is well versed in the policy and setsvgreat expectations. I enjoyed my time and the food is always great ☺️THANK YOU!
Today was my first time visiting this location. Gianna the customer service person training was amazing. I did have one issue with Noelle she was very rude. My family and I came all the way from NY to visit this location. Despite Noelle everything was great. Noelle really needs to be trained on the proper use of customer service techniques. She needs to also know how to make everyone feel welcome specially people with the same skin color as her. Every other person she helped she was pleasant except the ones that were black.
