Reviewed the wrong place.
Bought my first ever UTV and was very pleased with the information I was given and how I was treated. They also facilitated getting me a trailer which was amazing. They were very nice and helpful employees for a new customer like me.
Very poor customer service! They could hardly smile & acted like I was a bother checking out helmets. The helmet I was going to buy was mis-priced! Will not give them my business!
Heather does a great job and is a leader in the industry. Some parts counter people at other shops can be clueless and mess up the order when dealing with such an intricate microfiche. I’ve been dealing with Heather for close to 15 years and really appreciate her knowledge.
