We had issues with a wire transfer from our Savings account to get the car my husband wanted, the people here, Eric in sales, and Lisa in finance were outstanding. They told us to drive over and they would do everything they could to make it happen, and they did. Also my husband had been to see numerous cars at other dealers that were not as advertised, he is a retired master tech so he certainly knows what to look for in a vehicle. Steve and Lisa were a tremendously helpful and super patient couldn’t have gone to a better place.
I showed up looking for a car that I had seen online. I met with Steve and we had a great time checking out the car. I can’t thank him enough for making me feel comfortable enough to be honest with my concerns. No pressure at all. We came to an agreement and I was able to take a couple days to make sure I wouldn’t have any buyers regret. I have the car now and couldn’t be happier.
