Booked the job and dropped the bike in, no problem, no fuss, easy. I have been given a courtesy bike while my bike was looked after, excellent customer care! Great service, I highly recommend this business.
Ordered chain and sprockets for my Triumph because City Triumph in Melbourne couldn’t access them ! RPM not only got them to me two days faster than they advised but also didn’t charge me for delivery. They were going to cost me $20 within Melbourne. Awesome customer service, thanks guys/girls

Have had great experiences with both my bikes at RPM. I can tell when I get them back that a thorough job has been done. For example, I had a loose bark buster, and it was fixed and wasn't even mentioned. I would not hesitate to recommend RPM as I know my bikes are in good hands.
