I went to Jeff at RPM I had an excellent opportunity to buy a house. I gave him all my info and he never even called me back to tell me if I qualfied or not. He told the real estate agent my credit report was the worst he had ever seen, and that I would never qualify. So I almost gave up. when I showed someone else my report it was a 613, and another lender was able to bump me up to what I needed for FHA financing. I would not go through Jeff, he is very unprofessional, and he doens't care about people.
