I found my self with a lower end noise on my yamaha and needed it looked at right away. They went out of there way and found it low in oil. I tried the service shop I had just paid $2000 to in June for a complete service. They wouldn't even take 10 min to hook up water and listen. I'm now a RPM customer
I had a wonderful experience end to end working with Freeston at RPM Marine. The boat is a 15 year old inboard/outboard wakeboard boat with years of deferred maintenance, couldn't pull a skier out of the water. Now it is running smoothly, starting the first try, pulling powerfully as it should. Freeston was very accommodating to our complicated timing needs for drop off and pick up. Called him 3 times each time he said he would call me back he never did ! No rpm service going on at this place
