Yes, I did call here a few weeks ago. But I never got an answer. I have always heard really good things about RPM Machine Services. I, personally have not conducted any business with them, but have always heard that they were a top notch machine shop and engine rebuilders. I honestly gave them a chance to earn my business, but then again, no answer. That's why I gave them 3 stars. I believe that if we have done some business that I would have given them 5 stars. I took my car there 9 months ago, gave them thousands of dollars to start the project, car was running and drivable when arrived. After 9 months of my car being there, I didn’t receive not one phone call on progress, radio stolen out of the car, car is in pieces, and all I got was “I’m sorry!” What kind of customer courtesy is that, or evidently it’s not in their vocabulary.
