7/18 Still no contact from property. Calls, texts, emails to Devon, Marjorie, Randall, Bill, and Gregory. Left a voicemail message just now for Kelly who is supposed to be the Senior VP. It has been 6-7 weeks of trying to speak with a human that can do anything about my app that was never processed. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. 7/10 Still no call, email, or text from Greg Johnson nor Bill, Marjorie, Randall, or Devon. 7/8 Nobody returned my call today. I would like to leave a review for the La Sierra apartments in New Braunfels. It's a wonderful complex. The maintenance is great. Orlando does a outstanding job. Always timely. Darlene Valenta, Alyssa and Orlando are awesome !! Our complex is blessed to have them!! If I could I would give them higher than a 5!! Stephanie Rapp #1102

Oh where to start. Durrington ridge used to be such a nice place when I moved in. Then rpm took over. I live by the pool and they can never lock it. So I hear parties going on through all hours of the night. People that don’t live here in the pool after hours. No security at all there has been multiple shootings but management won’t tell you about that. I’ve tried to email and call corporate and never got a response. You message on this review. approximately 4 days ago I made an emergency work order to have my ac unit checked out for repairs because it was not cooling the apt at all I am 60 years old disabled and have a live in aide to care for me which is my son and have been for several yrs now the conditions that we are living in are inhumane I've made numerous calls to management and several emergency work orders and it still has not been repaired at this time I feel at this point I am not gonna get any help I lived on this property for over 7 yrs and never bee... read more
