I cannot say enough nice things about this company and team. I've worked with Megan and members of her team for a decade. They've all been consistent, forthcoming and excellent partners. Their portfolio is also top-tier and growing, which is no surprise!

Love RPM; the team in Nashville is top notch! They truly care about their people and show it day in and day out.
Brandon, the new manager has been so helpful and quick to respond to every appliance issue that has come about(and there has been many). It can be frustrating when you are leased an apartment with so many failing appliances, but he has been on top of it from the get go. Would highly recommend him and his team.
