Do not under any circumstances rent a property with any location owned by RPM Living. Since I moved into their 12 South Magnolia property over a month ago they have violated my lease and overcharged me by thousands on top of the fact that the A/C has been broken since the day I got here. There is nobody you can speak to about any of these issues. I cannot say enough nice things about this company and team. I've worked with Megan and members of her team for a decade. They've all been consistent, forthcoming and excellent partners. Their portfolio is also top-tier and growing, which is no surprise!
I have lived at Arya Apartments and have experienced several unresolved issues during my tenancy that have affected my overall experience. I requested camera footage related to damage to my motorcycle while it was parked on the property, and that footage was not provided to me.
