Excellent service and the installation was seamless. Great company to work with. Their prices were very fair and way less than another bid I got.
Turned up for Duct Cleaning without filters, anti-bacterial spray. Left to pick them up in the middle of the job for 45 minutes. Had no vacuum cleaner to clean up. The guy on the job was decent, just badly supported. Called to ask about the procedure before the job, but was never informed that a portable machine was used. Not sure how efficient that machine is. The installers showed up on time, very polite and professional. The installation went smooth with no surprises. They protected the floors and did an excellent job of cleaning up when they were done. I recommend RPM to any who ask.
