Donovan came out as scheduled for an HVAC tuneup and filter change. Very professional and the price was reasonable. Definitely call them for HVAC issues.

Hired them to change our AC's capacitor. 2 years later, it goes bad (must have been a cheap capacitor). I call them back. Tammy is nice enough and I told her the issue. She said she was in traffic but will call me back in 10 minutes and will see what they can do for us since capacitors should at least have a min. life span of 4-5 years (and upwards of 20). Well she doesn't call back. I call the next day....VM. Left a message then text. NOTHING. Called back later in the afternoon and pushed to VM again. So I use a different l... read more

RPM was on time and gave us good feedback. We have aging units but were told they could still hang in there for a couple of years (fingers crossed). We were not given a hard sell on anything and appreciate to honesty and integrity.
