Way Overpriced. Eric (owner) is rude, arrogant, obnoxious, nasty and doesn’t take cancellations gracefully or professionally. Save yourself a big headache and a dispute with your credit card company by never coming here. He’s a joke as is his place.

Unfortunately, my experience with RPM ended terribly after being a happy client for two years and paying thousands of dollars. FYI If you “freeze” your membership, they won’t tell you when it ends and begin charging your card again when it’s over. No refunds will be issued for these unauthorized charges. They then charged me AGAIN after effectively CANCELLING my membership (no refund) and then randomly charged me again SEVEN (7) months later (despite cancelling my membership and asking my card to be removed from the file.)
