I have used RPM for approximately 2 years to manage a residential rental. It has not been a good experience. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Some of the "highlights" of dealing with them have included (but are not limited to): *having to get our own bids on repairs *missing rent *failure to respond to communications in a timely manner *failing to complete repairs on the property after providing them with $1,700 to complete said repairs *missing operating statements I would avoid using them for anything; the company is... read more
I rented from October to January on a contract job for 3 months. They leased me to an apartment and when I moved it they told me that I had to stay in a downstairs apartment that was leased to someone else and they allowed some lady to stay in the apartment that was leased to me. They added all kinds of extra charges for portal fees, water and sewer, and security. They also charged for insurance on the building.... 425 square foot apartment door over $1325. Do not buy property from these dirtbags. They take other peoples money and give nothing in return. When you call up there, the lady is rude for no reason. It's like she gets some rush from screwing people off.
