I had a great experience this week. I brought my BMW X7 in with several issues, including a coolant/water leak, brake replacement, and routine service. Dustin was helpful throughout the entire process and he took the time to explain what was going on. The communication was excellent and my BMW is running perfectly again. Thank you Dustin! They have technicians who specialize in European vehicles. Finding a shop you can trust with a BMW outside of the dealership isn't easy. What a great job Dustin did on my car!!! I had a torn driver’s seat in my 2017 Subaru. I stopped in at RPM GARAGE to see if he could handle the repair. Not only did he get back to me in a day with the price of the seat, but had it ordered and in stock in a few days and scheduled me immediately. When I dropped off my car at 7:30 a.m. I casually asked if there was any way I might be able to have the car back before 1:30. He called me before 11:00 a.m. to say the car was all done.
