Been trying to contact this company for months. Never responds to the slew of voice-mails I have left trying to get contact. Never answer the customer service lines. The drivers that are dispatched through this company dont even know how to get in contact with their own dispatch.
Worst place ever. Sketchy employees and worst management team that I ever dealt with. I am sure the their neighbors in Royal Oak are happy that they are gone.
0 Stars. Does not pay detention . You can sit there all day and they will not email or answer to your calls. We have send the BOL with the times as soon as the driver got loaded. Very bad experience. The broker Alex Culakovsi told me to watch my mouth and that my English isn't good enough .
