RPM really came through for me. When it seemed impossible to ship my vehicle due to, what brokers repeatedly said was, "the current market and fuel prices", Brad really took charge and made it happen quickly and at a fair price. Would give them, especially Brad, 10 stars if I could. From a consumer perspective, the whole auto broker shipping world can seem quite shady. We recently purchased a vehicle in Virginia through Auto Trader. That deal went very well. Great communication. Great checklists. Payment held in escrow until we received our vehicle. Our problem is that we paid for it to be shipped to Florida using RPM. They were obligated to pick it up within 96 hours. We purchased the vehicle on Mar 30. As of April 13, they still haven't picked it up. The communication has also been spotty.
