Went through the Carwash a year ago to get the bugs off the front of the car after a car trip, and the whole front of my car was still full of bugs. I went to the front and they put me through another time for them to still not brush the front and spray the back of the car so I gave up. Today I thought I should try again. I went through with only one guy washing and one side wasn’t touched. I checked the car afterwards and still had tons of bugs and they only sprayed the front. The employees always look like they hate their jobs - especially now that they send someone out to check if you need help with the machines. Which is fair. Honestly, the interference is annoying, as a customer. I don't come to a car wash to chat.
When asked if they could use some extra spray on the bugs on the grill, it seems they hardly did more than normal. Now I'll have to detail it myself. The vacuums worked well.
