I think my experience with RPM electrical company was not bad. I just expected a little more. I think they could have been better with communication and offering me more options to fix the problem. And I feel like they really need to have some way to accept electronic payment on site instead of emailing me the invoice later. I will commend them for not trying to push unnecessary repairs on me. But I do not think that I will be using them again for other electrical services.
My entire house was rewired at a great cost by Ryan and his crew at RPM Electric Company. He was very upfront with the cost and the timeline. He answered all of my questions.
