I plugged in a lamp and the outlet caught on fire and it freaked me out ! I called RPM and Ryan was out within an hour and fixed the outlet. Ryan was awesome. Patient, explained everything that he was doing, thorough, and hardworking. He troubleshot multiple things when trying to install a switch in our home. He was also very responsive and came quickly when we needed him. Will call him for any of our future electrical needs.
