Austin came out and took care of the problem quickly
Austin was very responsive to my questions and concerns from the beginning. He made a few trips to my house to have a face to face conversation when I had concerns. He stayed on site as requested to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. He even came back a couple of weeks after the job was done when I spotted an area that needed addressing. I would definitely recommend him.
We recently had our roof & Siding replaced by RPM Roofing, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. We had a top notch experience with rpm contractors and Justin. We had major hail damage and Justin was the perfect guy to walk us through the stressful process. He hopped on the roof and put some paper down so the shingles didn’t lift and said no charge just consider us. We did not look anywhere else. Mike Addington and his team were awesome, start to finish! They worked extremely well with our insurance company and then got the roof replaced & mess cleaned up within a couple hours. So impressive! I highly recommend RPM!!!
