RPM automotive is the place I'll always take my car to the owners,are very nice and professional we have a good relationship with them and understanding they let me know what's wrong with my car and the cost right away.
Absolutely do not under any circumstances take your vehicle here. Extremely unprofessional. Asked to call to remind the owner to ask the technicians about my vehicle...multiple times. If I'm paying you for a service do your job, I shouldnt have to do it for you. They will never call you back. Vehicle dash and steering column taken apart and never put back together, had to do that myself. Shop agreed to do work on my vehicle, only to find out weeks later "they dont do that".
