Only place I’ll take my vehicle best place out there now
Ripped me off. $165 for a diagnostic & was told the battery was bad but it was actually the starter. Never going back, don't nickel and dime your loyal customers they won't return. You guys basically did nothing and took my money. I paid a mobile mechanic $50 to diagnose that my starter was bad he traveled from belle Vernon to McKeesport to help out my family cause we couldn't figure out why our car wouldn't start. Smh
Update in response to comment: $165 for maybe an hour of work? I initially agreed because I figured you would be under the car for a day or two. Also when making the appointment it was difficult to hear all the different pricing because your phone wasnt properly working. I usually spend $1k to get my whole car inspected every year not just an oil change and exhaust/muffler welding. The battery tested fine after tested multiple times, I needed an oil change but we didn't want to pay over $200 just for an oil change and rotati... read more
