I have been taking my vehicles for sevice at RPM for the past few years, now. I've worked with other mechanics in the past and this team and the owners are levels above. From customer service, professionalism and getting the job done right. For example, in my most recent inspection I needed an expensive job done to pass and they had found that my vehicle's part was under an extended warranty related to a recall that I was not aware of. Very friendly..reasonably priced.. I was worried because it my first time there, but I would go back again. I had a car inspection and then necessary t rod repair..
I go to them often. Never had a problem. They never over charge even though they could have. I had a engine problem with my car a months ago. I kept spending money trying to fix the problem. They were honest with me and told me to take it to the dealership because they would deal with it better because I had internal engine problems, they didn't even charge me for putting a small part in my car, they let me slide.
