Like always I procrastinate getting my truck inspected but the RPM team got me in quick at the last minute got my truck inspected and found some safty issues I wasn't aware of but they explained them to me so I understood and im great full they did truck drives and stops like brand new again thanks RPM you've got a customer for life .
Justin and his guys are the best around, always honest and thorough and friendly. I take all my vehicles to them because they are trustworthy and true experts in the automotive field.
I received a reminder about my inspection, scheduled my appointment online, RPM confirmed my appointment. I got a call that my car was ready around 10 am. (Sorry - I guess I didn't post this in October). I've since had an oil change & brake inspection. RPM was open on Christmas Eve - which was very helpful. I had a coupon from the back of my Giant Eagle receipt & got free wipers. Merry Christmas to me!! They're awesome.
Everyone at this shop is always really nice and the prices are good enough to make the 45 minute drive in rush hour traffic well worth it. They just got me in and out in less than an hour for an oil change and windshield wiper fluid tank repair after I scheduled online with only a few days of notice. They're also really good about finding reasonably priced parts!
Was disappointed to find out they have engine repair as one of their services but told me they don’t do engine work. I know what needs done and just wanted an estimate. Just disappointed.
