I own a VW Tiguan and was having problems with the driver's side door latch mechanism. Since I no longer live in Glendale, I took my vehicle to my local dealership where, not only did they charge TWICE of what RPM charges just for diagnostics, the estimated cost of repairs for replacing the electrical system in my door was close to $600 on top of the diagnostic charge. Was RPM trying to rip me off? Honestly, I have no proof that they were. And I have to say, I was so close to changing my mind and having them proceed with the repair. What was the deal breaker? Though the reviews had me concerned, the deal breaker was Nathans attitude. When given the slightest bit of conflict, he becomes rude, condescending and arrogant. My recommendation? Avoid this place. There are much better choices in the Glendale area. Delete review

I have been going to RPM for the past 7 years. Chuck has worked on 4 of my cars (Chevy, Jeep, Volvo & Buick). Gas and Diesel. I have referred many of my friends. Chuck is thorough, detailed and honest. He clearly values repeat customers. I have always asked Chuck to do a once-over on the vehicle I am bringing in for service. He is excellent on advising me 'must' repairs and which repairs can wait. I currently own 5 cars and he remians my shop for service and repairs. Highly Recommed.
