I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service or witnessed such greedy, predatory behavior. My 19 year old nephew's car broke down on the side of the road one night when he was visiting a friend in Fairfield. When he went back the next morning, the police had already had it towed by RPM. He was due to get his paycheck a week later and was going to pay for the tow then.
