I am absolutely amazed by the wonderful service I received at RPM! The estimated time to look at and fix my car was half of what was estimated, the mechanic called to tell me exactly what was wrong, quoted a reasonable price, AND got my go ahead BEFORE doing the work. I was offered to view the bad bearings that he had to replace before he disposed of them.
