My vehicle was towed to RPM August 28 , 2023 . August 29 at 9:30 A.M. we were told a tech was assigned to our van . At 3:30 PM i called and was told no diagnostic had been done , so for 6 hours no one figured out our problem which we all know is possible fuel pump failure . Now it is 4:00 and i have a very good feeling we will not be getting our van back today . I called was put on hold and hung up on multiple times .
