Went to the RPM #6623 on 9/15/2026 to get diagnostics. They did the OBD scan, I paid and left. When I got home, I realized the ODB test codes were not included on the Customer Vehicle Inspection Report. I called back to get the codes and they said the codes are unavailable. So I paid $118 and got nothing. I wonder if they even ran the diagnostics?? The automotive repair shop that I will be going to in the future, will be the shop that will encourage me to bring the vehicle back in and get another ODB scan at no cost.

Had my car towed due to being unable to shift out of park. Kim told me that it would be $1800 to get my entire shifter cable replaced per the mechanic. After doing more research and asking questions and for pictures, suddenly the story changed. Then I get a text saying it would be $650. I came in once again and got more run around after asking more questions. The manager was unhelpful and quickly said multiple times "I don't want to get in the middle of it".
