Great value.
The guys at RPM auto are excellent. My car was running really bad and I just happened to be driving by...pulled in and Mike the manager came out personally diagnosed the issue and promptly pulled my car in and had the alternator ordered and installed within the hour. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
They were very courteous. The place is very clean and they got me out of there with a good price. Definitely return.
Been using RPM for a while. They have consistently done right by me.
Made an appointment to have an error corrected on their part. I made the appointment on a Monday and was the second appointment/car 1 hour after they opened. I was told on the phone it would take maybe a hour or less for the job. I get there and get told that only 1 person works on saturdays and to leave my car there all day and pick it up in the evening. I had to leave and go to a different shop. If they knew only 1 person works on Saturdays why tell me it will only take a hour? They messed up my entire day because I run my... read more
