Amazing! I was driving earlier this morning on the 416 when my front driver tire blew out! Luckily I have CAA who was able to assist me roadside, however they brought me to Canadian Tire in Kemptville where they were not able to get me in until 6pm. I called RPM and explained my situation and he told me he would be able to squeeze me in! I bought my new tire at Canadian Tire and made my way. Love this place, great service every time.
From what I’ve seen so far—hard workers, everytime I’ve gone in there all employees young and old are hands-on through the busiest times including the front desk/owner Jason. Which is very refreshing to see. I’m a young girl going in alone and have yet to be overcharged like the last few shops, I’ve been treated and talked to respectfully, had every detail that was needed explained in full transparency. My car works beautifully now, and I left, as always feeling better than when I came. Thank u rpm,
