Really friendly and welcoming staff. They took my car in at the appointment time and it was done exactly when they said it would be. I don’t always feel comfortable at the mechanic as a young woman who knows nothing about cars, that was not the case at RPM. I will be back!
I wish i could give 10 stars because the experience we had with RPM automotive was top notch! Jason was a complete dream! So kind- so quick to help and rational with next steps! I wish i lived in kemptville so i could go every single day for coffee and all my car needs! Highly recommend!!!
The best garage I have ever used. I no longer live in Kemptville and I still drive an hour to bring my cars to Jay and Cass, they are the most trust worthy mechanics and very well priced. They'll also recommend other local shops, for work they don't perform, such as alignments or windshield repairs, ever place they've recommend has also been exceptional.
Fast and friendly service! Cass and Jay are great and always helpful! I couldn’t recommend them more!
