I was going to rom and thought they were a credible place never had a problem . Then we bought a car from them and I found out how crooked they are. We bought a van on Nov 25 last year and within a month had to have a few things replaced . On dec 24 more issues but due to the holiday they were closed and when they opened on the 26 they said we were past out 30 days, when the car was brought in prior to the 30 days they said they did brakes and rotors and the alternator. I work here and it’s a great place to work
Buying a car from RPM has been a pleasant experience. They've lived up to their word so far. I believe they will continue to do so based on my interaction with Javier and Rob. They also service their cars there. Prices seem very fair.
