We were towing our Airstream Trailer to Buffalo Point NP from Florida when our transmission started going out. We lost 5 gears and got a big clunk on downgrades. It was harrowing on the mountain roads. Park Ranger Ryan recommended RPM in Summit. Don one of their mechanics actually came out to our camp. We thought we needed a new transmission but he diagnosed it as a solenoid. He was right and fixed it as quickly as possible using warranty Toyota parts. Honest and quality work
Had a customer bring us his truck after leaving RPM . They (fixed) his wiring under the hood ( butt connecters) was charged a ridiculous amount. We sourced a harness from wells auto $35 charged our labor and he was back on the road .
