I own a townhouse in townhouse south. Reno property management is the HOA. Chris is the manager of townhouse South Assoc. He is horrible. He is very rude. He never returns your calls. They don't take care of anything. The association has always taken care of the outside structure insurance. All of a sudden without any notice they tell us we are responsible. That us $600.00 more a year. Plus we are already paying home insurance for our inside. I have been here 27 years. This is the worst hoa management.
Always met with friendly staff and Chris is great to work with.
