Emailed them to set up a time to go out up my Christmas lights. Response was in a timely matter and the date and time was set. The day of no one showed up or called. I called and emailed with no response. Finally got a response late afternoon and the guy said there was a mix up with scheduling and we were actually on the schedule for the following day. Next day comes and again no one shows up or answers the phone. If you want a run around and no response then look no further.
