We stumbled across Sam and his team after being let down by many many roofers, even some highly recommended ones. Sam came out and quoted when he said he would, sent the quote over when he said he would and that theme of him doing what he promised continued. Sam allowed us to visit some of his previous customers and inspect their work before we decided to go ahead. We had some recent storm damage caused by old fixtures breaking apart. The team from rpc came up with the solution, and when discovering that the roof had additional issues due to its age came up with a cost effective plan and had it solved quickly. When a second storm caused damage to the work area, the guys again came quickly and resolved the issue with no fuss.
Contacted RPC in a bit of a panic as we had water coming through the kitchen in the recent downpour at the weekend. Sam was very helpful over the phone and they were able to get out to the roof on the Monday to look at the damage. By the Wednesday the new roof had been fitted. Very efficient and very appreciative of how quick they were! Would highly recommend!
Sam and his team are all friendly and polite. They did an excellent job of replacing the guttering and drainpipes. They were efficient and professional and left the property tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this firm. Definitely earned the five stars.
