What a great all-around experience! Recently we contacted RPC to help add some height to a boulder wall needed support an upcoming paving project we had scheduled. I contacted RPC and reached Molly in the office to arrange a free quote. I followed up by emailing her some photos of the situation that the salesperson could utilize prior to the visit. Great showroom. Very helpful staff! I hesitated to stop expecting the prices for my small project to be out of reach. Suprise! Just about in line with most of the nurseries we've talked to but with much better placement capabilities. Whether you need one BFR or several, check these guys out!
Used to be the best. No service is the kind of service i received of late. Shame on you.
Thursday 9/7/2023. Called about 3 Pm to see what time they closed. Quoted 5:00 PM. Drove from Airway Heights, arrived at 4:30 to buy several 6' basalt boulders. Door locked, rang doorbell, no response. Sign on door says closed at 5:00 PM. Called at 4:45 and left message of what I wanted. No response at all. Should have known better! Had bad previous experience.
