Wow! What exceptional service! We chose a bird bath rock on Wednesday afternoon, and they delivered it Thursday morning! Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and Guy and Bob (who set the rock) took extra care to make sure we were happy with the exact placement.
We had a great experience with Jake and The Rock Placing Company. Jake was easy to work with, communicated well, showed up when he said he would, and did exactly what we talked about. The work turned out awesome. Everything looks clean, professional, and well done. You can tell Jake takes pride in his work and cares about the final result. What a great experience! RPC placed some landscape boulders for us and we couldn’t be more pleased. Keyland was incredibly patient (with us) and strategic with the rocks and equipment. We changed our mind and asked them to come back to move them to a different location. I would have expected an eye roll here but no - Molly and the gents in the office were kind and more than accommodating!
