They must have the beauty skeleton crew working on the Mateo. Kohl's way because they are the slowest paving company. I have ever sein at least. When the people did the bypass, they did it very fast and efficient. These guys can't even get the traffic directed correctly.
I understand y'all have a tough job paving and painting the roads in Duck. That being said, you are based in Kitty Hawk - you should have an understanding of the traffic flow in and out of Corolla. There is absolutely no reason that traffic should be backed up from a restaurant in Duck to the Pine Island gym.
