Robert, Tara and their team were great!! They answered an off hours call immediately and began helping. Robert requested some pictures to help diagnose the issue. He specified the right unit, showed up and installed the correct replacement exactly as promised. I was back up and running in one visit. Price was very fair, workmanship and communication were excellent! I couldn't have asked for more! I will use them in the future for all my HVAC needs. I highly recommend!!

Rob installed a new heat pump for me very quickly after my furnace failed in the middle of a major winter storm. He did great timely work, communication was good, and price was reasonable.

Thank you so much for being there on 1/25/26 for us during that massive snowstorm. Rob talked me and my daughter through getting the furnace back to functioning on the phone for free! I will call you guys for sure if I ever experience issues again! Thank you very much!!

Our inducer motor went and RPB was able to source one locally and fix it the same day while the other big names couldn’t. Awesome guy and his work speaks for itself. Will be using him going forward for all of our HVAC needs
