I have been going to RPB Fit Factory for 3 years now. The amount of growth I have had physically is insane! Christine is so knowledgeable and supportive! I do group classes and 1 on 1 personal training. Group classes are fun and challenging. She is always there to help with form and any modifications you need. Absolutely LOVE Christine. Each day is different and specialized to target each body part. I honestly feel like each class is a private session with her detailed instruction and guidance. In love with Tuesday strength and flow class at 5pm and Thursday extended stretch yoga. Thank you Chris
