Absolutely LOVE Christine. Each day is different and specialized to target each body part. I honestly feel like each class is a private session with her detailed instruction and guidance. In love with Tuesday strength and flow class at 5pm and Thursday extended stretch yoga. Thank you Chris

I have been a runner for more than 40 years but strength training and stretching was never a priority for me. As I have gotten older, i’ve tried to incorporate both into my regular exercise routine. Christine’s classes and her personal attention have allowed me to build confidence in the gym and develop good form. She incorporates several different exercises and always has an eye on you to ensure you don’t injure yourself. Classes are fun and the gym itself is spotless!
