Horrible communication with my case before and after my lawyer departed. Very similarly to Jacob's review. They discarded my business without any response to my inquiries on status. Do not use this firm.
Edit: in my opinion, the only time it seems this firm comminicates with you is when you post a google review. I shared my condolences with them, but in my opinion they still owe me a duty of care. I had an extremely ppor experience with this firm. It was incredibly hard to reach anybody by phone or email, and in my opinion, during a pretty critical phase of my proceedings, they stopped communicating completely for several weeks.
