A voulu me charger presque 100$ juste pour trouver le problème. M’a aussi précisé que ce serait 200$ pour une batterie. Je suis allé dans une boutique en bas de la rue et ils m’ont fait analyser mon téléphone gratuitement. Ensuite la batterie a coûter 90$. J’ai économisé 200$ en allant chercher ailleurs.
J’ai fait réparer mon téléphone dans cette boutique et c’est une catastrophe totale. Ils m’ont facturé 250 $ pour une réparation et m’ont montré un screen de test FAKE pour faire croire que tout fonctionnait. 👉 Moins d’une heure après, le téléphone ne marchait déjà plus. 👉 Le service client est mauvais, aucune écoute, aucune prise de responsabilité. 👉 J’ai demandé un remboursement, refusé. 👉 Résultat : téléphone encore plus endommagé qu’avant.
I honestly feel bad leaving a mid review for a small business, but this experience was disappointing. Twice, I showed up while the shop was supposed to be open and ended up waiting outside in freezing weather for over an hour. Do not go to this store! Came in because my phone wasn't charging. The employee there didn't even bother to inspect my phone. He just plugged it into his charger twice, and without checking anything else told me that I needed a new charging port and that it would cost $150, plus another $50 for a new cable. He said because the charging port was damaged that my cables would also be damaged. I took my phone to another repair shop nearby.
