Location is terrible, hard to park and the pathology collection is slow. Go somewhere else if you can avoid coming here.
I attended with a vulnerable client this morning. The elderly client was overwhelmed and anxious, and had to leave a specimen at the clinic. The initial female staff we dealt with was dismissive and rude and showed no empathy or care. She fobbed us off to another staff member because she couldn't be bothered dealing with an elderly.vulnerable immigrant. The second female staff member showed patience and manners and was wonderful.
