Doctors were excellent and provided us with tremendous help. BUT! The reception left me extremely upset! Firstly, I initiated a greeting but was completely ignored and even asked to stand aside and wait. With no other option and there was no other staffs around, I proceeded to use the self check-in machine nearby, only to be interrupted and reprimanded by her. I was initially hopeful. I had skin prick tests done and spoke to the immunologist. However, I was then passed off to a dietician and put on an elimination diet for far too long. When I told them my symptoms were worse on the diet, the response was "you've probably always been like this and never realised." My requests to see the immunologist again were ignored.
