Came in this morning for a small issue, and I was immediately welcomed very warmly by the staff, even though I didn’t have an appointment. The care was quick and efficient, and I was given the appropriate treatment the very same day. I immediately felt reassured. Thanks again to the doctor who took care of me, as well as the whole team.
I clearly stated that my situation is urgent and that I am in pain, yet I was still not accepted. I first called at 12:44pm, and they said they were on lunch break and took my number, telling me they would call me back. When no one called, I called again at 1:51pm, and I was told to wait and then the call was ended.
