Every single staff member/nurse/doctor in this clinic are exceptional. So kind and patient, each time I visit is better than the last.
Great experience. Friendly and respectful staff. I booked an appointment for 1130, I was out less than 15 min after.
Haven t been there for a few years, but the nurse I talked to on Thursday 20/03/25 in the morning, of course no name , no introduction. Was unpleasant, unprofessionnal and dismissive, no social skills whatsoever ( "don t waste my time, go to your GP", i could not believe that person is a nurse)I used to have a higher view of this clinic and great experiencewith all the staff..it used to be so good. I ll never go back.
Open for business, on Friday or so they say, so I rock up in person and they tell me I gotta return next week. Any publicly funded sexual health clinic that knocks back people with the volition to be tested, is a failing one. Just go to your GP or pay out your own pocket as it will be worth it for the stress you will save in trying to save a few pennies.
