Place life place to work
In my experience, RP55's customer service is a total scam. I received a missized shirt from their Gotcha brand. It was 6 inches longer than advertised. A photo is attached for reference. My initial email was ignored. When I reached out again, they referred me to an online return portal that did not work. My follow up emails about exchanging or returning the shirt were all ignored. Now I'm stuck with an unwearable shirt and a bad impression of Gotcha's brand. Clothing brands, please avoid doing business with them.
